What makes us special, or should I say unique, is that we will never know what it would be like to not have to fight with distance anymore. We will never know what it’s like not having to countdown the hours we have with each other as it keeps us from fully enjoying the times that we do have together, because we know it will end soon.

The last night and day together is always the worst. It always leaves us with, “When will we see each other next?” There will always be uncertainty, but there will always also be hope.

We’re cursed in the sense that in comparison to other couples, we can’t have unlimited time together. We spend a few days together at most, as we ride the continuous emotional roller coaster of being at the top and being at the bottom. -When will we see each other next, to enjoying each others’ laughters, then to goodbyes. We aren’t like others in which we can barely have days to do nothing together, because we try and pursue adventures in those limited times that we have.

But also in comparison to others, we are blessed. Those other couples don’t feel the great joy we have when we’re together. Especially the first time we see each other for a long period of time. It’s as if we haw gone against all odds and defied the laws of distance. We always make the most of the times we have. We don’t look to argue or waste our time making each other upset because why would we want to dampen such precious time?

Yes distance can be a curse, but it is also a blessing. Although we may never experience a relationship w/o distance, we do experience a relationship with sacrifices and rewards.

Thank you for being strong. Thank you for continuing to stick with me for as long as you have. I wish it can be easier for you, because you deserve it. You deserve all the praise and deserve to be put on the highest pedestal. At times I don’t believe I’m worthy for someone like you. But I will continue to ride out this dream, and hopefully not be awaken any time soon.

Thank you for allowing me to know what it’s like to have distance as a variable. Without it, where would WE be?

i’ve read to 2011 on all my “diary” tagged posts. and all i can say is that i’ve come a long way. i’ve learned many lessons. and it’s kinda funny to see where i’m at now.

makes me want to keep writing though. i love writing on here, and i don’t even care if anyone sees it. it’s just a great feeling putting your thoughts into words.

^ oh how I so wish. If Nolan were to ever do a MMPR reboot, then he would have done my two biggest childhood obsessions and my life would be complete. But I sadly don’t think that would ever happen. But one can dream.

so i’m getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow, and not gonna lie i’m pretty petrified.

well, that was until i had my last meal just a few moments ago. and i was just thinking to myself:

why am i making it such a big deal when there so many other people in the world dealing with worse injuries/surgeries.

why am i so afraid of a little IV when people have to live with getting pricked and all that stuff. people deal with ACL tears, achilles injuries, and God forbid Leukemia treatments and things like that.

sometimes i just don’t understand why and how i have become so selfish to be stressing over simple wisdom teeth removals and such that literally almost all people go through, when there’s other people who deal with more severe issues.

that’s my wisdom for the night.

yeah of course i hope i feel better asap from this surgery thing, but i also hope and pray for everyone else suffering way more than i will be.
